Delivery

  • Carriage is free on all orders over £50.00 to mainland UK.
  • For orders less than £20.00 carriage is just £2.95, and for order from £20.00 to £39.99 carriage is £4.95.

  • We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt of order, with delivery within 2 to 4 working days from receipt of order.
  • Depending on the weight, size and value of your order, deliveries are either via Royal Mail First Class or Courier 48 Hour service.
  • Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday and only despatches on these days

  • We also offer a guaranteed next day delivery for orders received before 12pm.
  • Guaranteed next day delivery is £6.95.

  • Please use a delivery address where there is someone to sign for your parcel.
  • Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly are calculated by our system, based on the weight of the package.
  • We can ship to most overseas destinations. Carriage charges are based on the volumetric weight of the package and for non - European countries we will need to work out a cost for you when you place your order.
  • We are not responsible for any import duties imposed by boarder customs in your country and these must be paid for by the customer. Please check with your local customs office if you are unsure if charges may apply.
  • Customers can also collect from Funky Moose Ltd premises free of charge. Once you have placed your order, we will call to arrange a suitable time.

  • Your credit / debit card will only be charged once the goods have been despatched. The invoice address must match that of your card statement address and a home telephone number is required. Cheques will be banked on receipt for security reasons.

  • Very rarely, an item may be temporarily out of stock. We will inform you if this is the case as soon we have received your order and advise you of a delivery date, which, in most cases, will be no more than 5 days.

  • Please inform us if you have a 'must deliver by' date.
  • Returns

    • If for any reason you are not delighted with your goods and would like to return them, please telephone us quoting your receipt number within 7 working days from the day after you receive your order.
    • Items must be returned in their original condition and with the original packaging. We cannot refund or exchange goods that have been assembled, used, washed or damaged or any personalised items. Please note: if the goods are not in a resalable condition, we will not be able to offer you a refund. The goods will be returned back to you, and you will have to incur the cost of the return postage
    • When returning goods, please obtain proof of posting or send via Special Delivery (please seek advise from Post Office counter staff at time of posting), as claims for lost returns parcels will not be accepted. We are unable to refund the cost of postage, with the exception of faulty goods. We try to process returns as quickly as possible however please allow upto 28 days.
