  • In order to perform our contract with you, we may also need to share personal data with third parties such as payment providers and postal service organisations to assist in the delivery of goods or services you have ordered; this could include third party couriers or warranty providers.
  • If you have requested to receive our email newsletters we only hold your name and email address for the purposes of sending you a newsletter.

    For the operational purposes of the website we use the following information:

  • IP address to help identify your session for security purposes on the website.
  • Cookies are used also to assist with the operation of the website and distinguish you from other users. These are session cookies to help with navigation and basket operation and user experience on the website.

We will never make our customer information available to other third party companies for marketing purposes. For purposes of quality control and training, calls and emails may be monitored.


  • We make every effort to make sure your personal data is secure, including name, address. Information is encrypted whenever it is transmitted over the web between you and our site using SSL technology You should see a padlock in your browser bar confirming the site is using SSL and https.
  • Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or compromised passwords or for any activity on your account via unauthorised password activity.
  • All information you provide to us is stored on a secured SQL database in the UK.
  • We do not hold credit card information. All Credit card payments are made through PayPal secure website using the latest SSL technology.
