Shipping & Returns

Delivery Charges

  • Carriage is free on all orders over £30.00 to mainland UK.
  • For orders under £15.00, carriage is just £2.95,
  • For orders from £15.00 to £19.99, carriage is £3.50.
  • For orders from £20.00 to £30.00, carriage is £3.95.
  • Guaranteed next working day delivery, £8,95 - orders must be received before 12 noon.
  • Saturday guaranteed delivery is £20.00 - orders must be received before 12 noon Friday.
  • Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly are calculated by our system, based on the weight of the package.
  • We can ship to most overseas destinations. Carriage charges are based on the size and weight of the package.
  • Non - European countries, please contact us for a shipping quotation prior to placing your order.
  • Customers can also collect from Funky Moose Ltd premises free of charge.

Delivery Timescales

    Standard Delivery:
  • 99% off orders placed before 1pm are despatched same day, and we aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt of order.
  • Depending on the weight, size and value of your order, deliviers are either via Interlink Next Day service, Parcelforce Next Day service or Royal Mail First Class.
  • Delivery within 1 - 4 days of receipt of order.

  • Guaranteed Next Day Delivery:

  • Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday and only despatches on these days
  • Please use a delivery address where there is someone to sign for your parcel.

International Deliveries

  • Delivery will be made by the appropriate carrier to the destination and tracking numbers will be provided.
  • We are not responsible for any import duties imposed by boarder customs in your country and these must be paid for by the customer. Please check with your local customs office if you are unsure if charges may apply.

Returns

  • If for any reason you are not delighted with your goods and would like to return them, please telephone us quoting your receipt number within 7 working days from the day after you receive your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and with the original packaging. We cannot refund or exchange goods that have been assembled, used, washed or damaged or any personalised items. Please note: if the goods are not in a resalable condition, we will not be able to offer you a refund. The goods will be returned back to you, and you will have to incur the cost of the return postage
  • When returning goods, please seek advise from Post Office counter staff at time of posting and please obtain proof of posting as claims for lost returns parcels will not be accepted. We are unable to refund the cost of postage, with the exception of faulty goods.
  • We try to process returns as quickly as possible however please allow up to 28 days.
