Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Delicious, Healthy, Easy & Quick to throw together, what more could you want ….

You’ll need 150g (5oz) pumpkin seeds, 2 teaspoons melted butter (or 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil) and a tiny pinch of salt.
Heat oven to 150 degrees C. Pop the seeds in a bowl with the butter / oil and salt to mix.
Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
