Funky Moose shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Funky Moose cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated on the website. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
  • Funky Moose endeavours to check the accuracy of the information on this site. However, Funky Moose does not warrant that such information will be error free and the user acknowledges that information, products and services published on this web site may include inaccuracies and typological errors.

Prices

  • Prices are correct at time of publishing.
  • It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.
  • All prices are quoted and charged in GBP (sterling) and we are not responsible for any currency fluctuations that occur if you purchase from abroad.

Portrayal of Products

  • While every effort has been made to ensure that all product information is correct, slight variations may occur. Funky Moose cannot accept responsibility for any errors made.
  • All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.
  • Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens.

Safety Regulations

  • All products comply with appropriate safety and consumer regulations. Toys comply with EC Toy Safety Regulations and, where appropriate, carry the CE mark. If a product is recalled for any reason, you will be contacted.

Availabilty

  • All items are subject to availability.
  • We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.

Cancellation

  • You are entitled to cancel your order if you wish providing you act within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.
  • If you wish to exercise this right prior to despatch of goods please email customerservice@funkymoose.co.uk
  • If your order has already been despatched please follow our returns information.
  • Please note your right to return products does not apply on personalised items, those made to your specifications. These may only be returned if they are faulty.

Delivery

  • We aim to despatch orders within 24 hours of receipt of order with delivery within 2 to 4 working days from receipt of order. Depending on weight and size, deliveries are either via Royal Mail or Courier service.
  • We also offer a guaranteed next day delivery for orders received before 12pm (Midday).
  • Very rarely, an item may be temporarily out of stock. We will inform you if this is the case as soon we have received your order and advise you of a delivery date, which, in most cases, will be no more than 5 days. Please inform us if you have a 'must deliver by' date.
  • Carriage is free on all UK mainland orders over £50. For orders less than £30 carriage is £2.95 and for order from £30-£50 carriage is £4.95.
  • Guaranteed next working day delivery is £6.95.
  • Saturday delivery is £18.50.
  • Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly are calculated by our system, based on the weight of the package.
  • We can ship to most overseas destinations. Carriage charges are based on the volumetric weight of the package and for non - European countries we will need to work out a cost for you when you place your order.
  • We are not responsible for any import duties imposed by boarder customs in your country and these must be paid for by the customer. Please check with your local customs office if you are unsure if charges may apply.
  • Your credit / debit card will only be charged once the goods have been despatched. Cheques will be banked on receipt for security reasons. The invoice address must match that of your card statement address and a home telephone number is required.
  • Customers can also collect from Funky Moose Ltd premises free of charge. Once you have placed your order, we will call to arrange a suitable time.
  • Please use a delivery address where there is someone to sign for your parcel.

Returns

  • If for any reason you are not delighted with your goods and would like to return them, please telephone us quoting your receipt number within 7 working days from the day after you receive your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and with the original packaging. We cannot refund or exchange goods that have been assembled, used, washed or damaged or any personalised items.
  • Please obtain proof of posting when returning goods, as claims for lost returns parcels without proof of posting will not be accepted. We are unable to refund the cost of postage, with the exception of faulty goods. We try to process returns as quickly as possible however please allow upto 28 days.

  • Every effort is made to ensure that this website is free from viruses and defects however, this cannot be guaranteed.
  • Funky Moose Ltd shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account.
  • Funky Moose Ltd shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

  • Cookies are used also to assist with the operation of the website and distinguish you from other users. These are session cookies to help with navigation and basket operation and user experience on the website.

We will never make our customer information available to other third party companies for marketing purposes. For purposes of quality control and training, calls and emails may be monitored.

  • All information you provide to us is stored on a secured SQL database in the UK.
  • We do not hold credit card information. All Credit card payments are made through PayPal secure website using the latest SSL technology.
